Information on this website relating to the Hearing Services Program is general in nature. Eligibility, services, and funding are determined in accordance with Commonwealth legislation, program rules, and Department of Health and Aged Care requirements.
HearTEK care is only eligible to clients that purchase Elite technology hearing aids from HearTEK. To be eligible for upgrade under HearTEK care, pure tone audiometry should show that hearing thresholds fall outside of the fitting range at 500Hz, 1000Hz and 2000Hz and date of purchase should be under three years.
Use of this website does not establish a clinician–patient relationship. Such a relationship is formed only when you attend an appointment and provide informed consent.
