We do not sell your personal information.

5. Storage and overseas disclosure

HearTEK operates in Australia only.

Personal information collected in connection with the Hearing Services Program is stored in Australia and is not disclosed overseas, except where permitted under Australian law and HSP contractual requirements.

Where non-clinical IT or software providers are used, reasonable steps are taken to ensure compliance with Australian privacy obligations.
